Three-bedroom rectangle with an unlabeled entry room. A layout study from ResPlan 11324.

Casa Lavanda is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 11324. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.

Reading the Casa Lavanda layout

An unlabeled entry-side room opens through a short corridor into the living and kitchen area. Three bedrooms occupy the remaining upper and lower bays, with two bathrooms set beside separate bedrooms.

The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 13.725 × 7.155 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect

Casa Lavanda begins with an unlabeled entry-side room before the main living-and-kitchen area. Preserve that sequence when tracing arrival instead of immediately calling the first room a lounge or fourth bedroom. The short corridor connects two different spatial moments: arrival and shared daily use. Bedroom and bathroom destinations should be added after that connection has been understood.

A furniture decision to compare

The entry-side room could be studied as a flexible receiving area, but that is an editorial proposal rather than a recovered source function. Compare sparse movable furniture with a dedicated grouping, leaving the corridor mouth legible. The two bathrooms sit beside different bedrooms; their separated positions should remain visible rather than being described as one uniform private-service zone.

Review exercise: Casa Lavanda

Trace arrival through the unlabeled room and short corridor into the shared area. Imagine a movable bench near the first room’s wall, then a larger furniture group extending toward the corridor. Compare the same arrival trip in both. Continue to all three bedrooms and record which source labels are known and which proposed room uses remain unverified.
