Casa Centro Común: Three-bedroom layout with a wide kitchen–living middle
Three-bedroom layout with a wide kitchen–living middle. A layout study from ResPlan 16898.
Casa Centro Común is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 16898. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Centro Común layout
The kitchen opens directly into a broad living area between the three bedrooms. Two bathrooms occupy separate bays beside the upper and lower bedrooms on one side, while a short hall gathers the bedroom doors and joins the living area.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 11.001 × 8.217 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
Casa Centro Común joins a broad kitchen–living middle to a short hall that gathers bedroom doors. The hall mouth is the main transition to inspect before spreading furniture across the shared room. The two bathrooms lie beside different bedroom bays on one side, so their approaches should be traced independently. Open central space does not remove these local junctions.
A furniture decision to compare
Compare dining and seating as two groups that leave the hall mouth visible. Then test a combined group reaching toward the bedroom side to see which trips it affects. The broad middle may make both options look plausible from above, but the decisive check is furniture in use near the short hall. Retain the separated bathroom bays instead of presenting a compact symmetric core.
Review exercise: Casa Centro Común
Trace kitchen-to-hall movement and continue to each bedroom. Add both bathroom destinations, then compare separate dining and seating groups against a combined group near the hall. Pull a dining chair back in each version and inspect the common approach. Record the first route conflict rather than choosing the arrangement with the largest apparent empty center.
