Casa Caliza: Three-bedroom plan with an open cross-plan passage
Three-bedroom plan with an open cross-plan passage. A layout study from ResPlan 13115.
Casa Caliza is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 13115. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Caliza layout
An open passage links the kitchen and living area, with paired bathrooms beside the upper bedroom and two more bedrooms along the lower edge. The modeled entrance does not yet match the source.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 13.129 × 8.01 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
Casa Caliza has an open cross-plan connection, but its modeled entrance does not yet match the source. That error is consequential: arrival determines how a visitor reaches the living space and the bedroom branches. Internal routes can be explored as provisional observations, but an entry-to-room journey should not be presented as validated until the entrance relationship is corrected and compared again.
A furniture decision to compare
Keep entrance-dependent furniture proposals on hold. A console, dining table or sofa near the modeled entry could appear sensible only because the doorway is misplaced. The paired upper bathrooms and two lower bedrooms remain useful orientation references for a source comparison. They cannot cancel the entrance mismatch or justify a confident arrival story based on this release’s appearance.
Review exercise: Casa Caliza
Compare the source entrance with the public model before tracing arrival. Mark the actual source threshold and modeled threshold separately in your notes, then identify which internal trips each would feed. Label any furniture near either threshold as unresolved. If you cannot inspect the source, restrict the exercise to locating the reported mismatch and avoid claiming a corrected entry route.
