Casa Estancia Abierta: Three-bedroom plan with side bathrooms and an open entry room
Three-bedroom plan with side bathrooms and an open entry room. A layout study from ResPlan 2013.
Casa Estancia Abierta is the editorial name for this three-bedroom layout study based on ResPlan 2013. The public tour offers a way to inspect room connections and boundaries; the name does not identify a built residence or commissioned renovation.
Reading the Casa Estancia Abierta layout
Two stacked bathroom bays separate the bedrooms along one side of the plan, while the third bedroom sits beside an unlabeled entry-side room. The living area connects that room and the bedroom corridor, with an enclosed kitchen projecting from the opposite side.
The public model reports an approximate overall envelope of 10.907 × 9.891 m, with a modeled height of 3 m. These figures describe the reconstruction, not usable floor area, individual room dimensions or a verified building survey.

How the room routes connect
Casa Estancia Abierta has two different bedroom-side conditions: a bathroom-separated pair on one side and a third room beside the unlabeled arrival area. Trace arrival through the living connection and bedroom corridor before assigning that open room a function. The projecting enclosed kitchen is another destination across the shared space, so a clear arrival route alone does not settle everyday circulation.
A furniture decision to compare
Keep the unlabeled room as a source distinction and compare possible receiving or flexible uses as proposals. A small movable furniture group may preserve its open connection more clearly than a fixed room assignment. In the living area, assess dining relative to the projecting kitchen doorway while checking the bedroom corridor and both stacked bathroom approaches separately.
Review exercise: Casa Estancia Abierta
Trace arrival through the unlabeled room into the living area, then kitchen-to-bedroom trips in the opposite direction. Compare an imagined movable bench in the arrival room with a deeper grouping near its opening. Add both bathroom destinations and inspect the corridor junction. Record which proposals preserve the source’s open connections without renaming the unlabeled area as an established fourth room.
