For architects

Start from the existing conditions, then try schemes.

Drop the drawing, check the existing conditions against it, then lock them. Draw with typed dimensions, get layout ideas within a scope you set, and send schemes to a client for a decision.

Signing in alone does not start a paid subscription. Account, settings and billing screens are in English. Just one home? See the Home plan.

How it works for architects

Draw in an apartment
  1. Drop the drawing

Start a project, name the client if you like, and drop the plan, PDF or DXF. The 3D model builds without any questions first.

  2. Check and lock existing conditions

Check the walls and openings against your drawing, measure one room to confirm the scale, then lock the existing conditions. Nothing locks until you tick it.

  3. Try schemes

Draw walls at typed lengths, or ask for layout ideas within the scope you allow. Each scheme sits next to the existing conditions, and nothing is deleted when you pick one.

  4. Send for a decision

Send the schemes to a client or consultant by name, read their comments, and export the one you keep.

Ask for it in plain words

Review each change before keeping it. Saved changes create revisions; assistant requests use your plan’s monthly allowance and do not certify clearances or dimensions.
  • “Draw a 4.2 m wall at 90 degrees from here”
  • “Give me layout ideas for the ground floor, keeping the stair and the core”
  • “Put scheme B next to the existing conditions”

What you can do

  • A conceptual 3D model of the drawing you upload, with existing conditions you check and lock yourself.
  • Up to four schemes side by side, compared against the existing conditions.
  • Layout ideas limited to the scope you allow, delivered as new schemes next to yours.
  • DXF, IFC (beta) and PDF exports for the schemes you keep.

Limits to keep in mind

  • A survey. The model is reconstructed from a drawing and is not a measured record of the building.
  • Structural, code or permit review. Layout ideas are conceptual and a wall that looks removable may not be.
  • A BIM authoring package. Use it to test schemes early, then carry the chosen one into your documentation tools.

Features you can use

Existing conditions

Check the reconstructed walls and openings against your drawing, confirm the scale, then lock them. Every scheme starts from that locked record.

Typed dimensions

Type a length such as 4.2 m or 13ft 9in while you draw, in the unit your account uses.

Layout ideas within a scope

Choose what an idea may change: new walls, new openings, or removing walls between rooms you pick. Everything starts off, and nothing outside the scope moves.

Send for a decision

Send schemes to a client or consultant by name, collect comments credited to them, and see which scheme the client chose.

Examples to review your handoff

Isla de Pascua combines original SketchUp and plan dimensions with MCP/AI refinement using photographs and video. It is a visual interpretation. Building the duplex demonstrates editing and presentation of an authored sample. Neither establishes automatic fidelity for your plan: review the source, revision and handoff with the person responsible for the decision.

Check the existing conditions against your own drawing before you lock them, and verify any wall a layout idea moves or removes with the engineer before it goes into documentation.

You see your home in 3D before you pay, and editing it needs a plan. A failed build goes back to your monthly builds. Basic uses chat within your plan’s monthly allowance of assistant changes, and the manual editor keeps direct controls on the same canvas. Review included projects, floors, editors and formats.

Questions from professionals

Can I work with multi-floor homes?

Yes, on any plan. Group drawings and PDF pages by physical floor, then review alignment, elevations and stair connections before confirming. A building project does not combine alternative sales unit types.

Which plans include API and MCP?

Pro and Team include supported MCP tools. Team includes API access. Use the web app for floor plan upload and file export.

Can I try before subscribing?

Yes. Upload a plan and see your home in 3D before you pay; editing it needs a plan. A failed build goes back to your monthly builds.

Start with your own floor plan.

PDF, PNG, JPEG, SVG or DXF · Up to 25 MiB · See it in 3D before you pay. Work plans from $39 a month, USD.
