Keep one room view in front of everyone
Start with the clearest plan you have and use a neutral project label. Leave private addresses and client names out of any title you may publish. A saved model, its source drawing and its revisions give a family member, co-owner or designer a shared point of reference when they are not in the same room.
Turn the conversation into on-site questions
Choose the view that makes the question clear: the relationship between the kitchen and living room, a bedroom entry, or the place a desk could go. Keep the question beside the source drawing, and ask someone on site to verify the relevant wall, opening or condition before acting.
What the example demonstrates
In Isla de Pascua, original SketchUp and plan dimensions were refined through MCP/AI using photographs and video. It is a visual interpretation, not a certified survey or evidence of automatic conversion without review. Compare your model with your own source and record decisions that change the interpretation.
Your next decision
Send a co-owner one saved revision and a list of unresolved dimensions. Ask someone on site to verify those spans before everyone agrees on the arrangement.
